Ingredients
  

  • 4 pc ripe tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 pc small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 pc bell pepper red or orange, finely diced
  • 1-2 pc jalapeños minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ pc Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 pc small garlic clove minced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prep all the vegetables
    Dice the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeños into small, even pieces.
  • Combine the base ingredients
    Add tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, and cilantro to a mixing bowl.
  • Season gradually
    Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic if using.
