Pour 4-6 oz (or to taste) of the chilled mojito base into the glass.
Add fresh lime wheels or slices.
Add 6-10 fresh mint leaves.
Lightly muddle (gently press/squish) the mint leaves to release their flavor—avoid over-muddling to prevent bitterness.
Stir gently, garnish with extra fresh mint and lime, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Recipe Notes / Tips: Add fresh lime wheels and mint per glass (not to the whole batch) for the brightest flavor and best presentation—the mint stays vibrant and doesn't wilt or get slimy. No club soda needed; it's juicy and refreshing as-is. If you want it lighter, top with a splash of plain sparkling water if available.Taste the base first—if too sweet, dilute slightly with water next time.Shake or stir the pitcher before each pour, as natural separation can occur.Always check smell/taste before serving—discard if off.
