Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh buko shredded
  • 1 jar nata de coco drained
  • 1 can fruit cocktail drained
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can Media Crema or table cream
  • 2 apples diced
  • 15 medium strawberries quartered
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Drain the nata de coco and fruit cocktail thoroughly.
  • Prepare the buko, apples, strawberries, and cheese.
  • In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and Media Crema.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Fold in the fruits and buko gently.
  • Add cheese and mix carefully.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Overnight chilling gives the best flavor.
Use mild cheese for authentic taste.
Drain canned ingredients well to prevent watery salad.
