- 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 1–2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled jalapeños well drained
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles optional, well drained
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Add the cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and chopped pickled jalapeños to a blender or food processor. Blend until the cilantro is finely chopped.
Add the mayonnaise and blend just until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped dill pickles if using.
Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
