    Equipment

    • 1 Airtight Glass or Plastic Pitcher with Lid (64–96 oz / 2–3 quart capacity
    • 1 Cocktail Muddler (10–12 inches long, stainless steel or wood)
    • 1 Highball or Rocks Glasses (set of 4–8, 12–16 oz)
    • 1 Bar Spoon or Long Mixing Spoon (optional but nice)
    • 1 Ice Cube Tray or Large Ice Maker (optional)

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups Simply Limeade
    • cups Simply Watermelon store-bought juice drink or fresh watermelon juice
    • 1 cup white rum
    • 1 pc lemon for mixing
    • 6-10 pc mint leaves

    Instructions

    • In a large airtight pitcher or bottle, combine 3 cups Simply Limeade, 1¼ cups Simply Watermelon, and 1 cup white rum.
    • Stir well to mix thoroughly.
    • Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least a few hours (or overnight) to chill and let flavors meld. The base will keep for 3-5 days in the fridge.
    • To Serve (per glass): Fill a glass with ice.
    • Pour 4-6 oz (or to taste) of the chilled mojito base into the glass.
    • Add fresh lime wheels or slices.
    • Add 6-10 fresh mint leaves.
    • Lightly muddle (gently press/squish) the mint leaves to release their flavor—avoid over-muddling to prevent bitterness.
    • Stir gently, garnish with extra fresh mint and lime, and enjoy immediately!

    Notes

    Recipe Notes / Tips:
Add fresh lime wheels and mint per glass (not to the whole batch) for the brightest flavor and best presentation—the mint stays vibrant and doesn’t wilt or get slimy.
No club soda needed; it’s juicy and refreshing as-is. If you want it lighter, top with a splash of plain sparkling water if available.
Taste the base first—if too sweet, dilute slightly with water next time.
Shake or stir the pitcher before each pour, as natural separation can occur.
Always check smell/taste before serving—discard if off.
